Women's Qigong - Circling the 3 Moons, Diamond Heart Qigong
Damo Mitchell's lineage: Explore body's inner landscape to harness internal energy
Rather than gathering increasingly more external forms, that are an accumulation of the mind. Learn how to harness the internal body for purging toxins and circulating the qi (life essence). The fundamental exercises correct the body alignment and prepare the body for the most productive qi flow for the most ideal circulation possible. Students learn to switch attention from external to internal. The five elements ( water, wood, earth, metal, and fire) balance the organs and the emotional mind. The Wu Daoyins teach how to utilize intention (yi) to purge the body of toxins from our environment that we have accumulated. The four dragons gently twist the spine to restore health and flexibility in the spine, the hips and shoulders. Contraindicated for those under 18 and for those currently pregnant.
